Marketplace access

Accounts must represent real buyers or sellers. Diyans reserves the right to verify identities, suspend accounts, or request additional documentation to protect marketplace integrity.

Engagement rules

All engagements initiated through Diyans should be scoped, delivered, and paid within the platform unless a separate agreement is documented. Diyans Protected projects require milestone approval before release of funds.

Listing standards

Sellers must publish accurate information, including pricing models, delivery timelines, and support obligations. Misrepresentation leads to removal and potential bans.
