Refund Policy

Eligibility

Buyers may request a refund in accordance with the seller’s and platform’s terms. Refunds are processed via Stripe; timing depends on your card issuer.

Process

Contact support or the seller to request a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Platform and Stripe fees may not be refundable in partial refunds.

Disputes

Chargebacks and disputes are handled in line with Stripe’s dispute process. We may suspend payouts or accounts while a dispute is under review.
