Seller Agreement

By selling on Diyans you agree to the terms below. This is a summary; legal counsel should review before production use.

Fees

Platform fee: 10% of the sale price is retained by Diyans.
Stripe processing: Approximately 3–4% per transaction (as per Stripe’s terms) is deducted from your payout. You receive the sale price minus the platform fee and Stripe processing.
Example: $100 sale → ~$10 platform fee, ~$3–4 Stripe → you receive approximately $86–87.

Payout timing

Payouts are sent to your connected Stripe Express account. Timing follows Stripe’s schedule (typically 2–7 days). Diyans may hold payouts for new sellers as described in the platform policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, delivery of products or access, compliance with laws, and any chargebacks or disputes related to your sales. Diyans is a marketplace; sellers are responsible for their listings and delivery. Diyans is not the seller of record for tax or consumer law purposes.

Prohibited use

You may not list prohibited items, engage in fraud, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate your seller account for breach.

Payment only on Diyans

Buyers must pay through Diyans (Stripe). Off-platform payments are not protected and may result in account action.
